First time we talked, just a simple WhatsApp chat. Nothing special at that time, since we both were still with someone else.

Our parents suggested we meet. Honestly, we had doubts. But after thinking it through, we agreed to give it a try in September.
September 2024
We finally met. It was our first real conversation.. set up by our parents. We talked, laughed, and started to get to know each other. By then, we were both single, and maybe… just a little curious.

Because of the long distance, our families agreed we should get engaged first. Feelings slowly grew along the way, nothing rushed, just real and natural.

We started planning our wedding. Between Morotai and Kendal, we only met twice before the big day. But even with the distance, we kept choosing each other.
