Pertemuan ini dimulai tahun 2010, pada saat masa ospek di SMPK St. Paulus Palangkaraya, Andre merupakan salah satu kakak panitia saat Sinta ospek. Sinta dengan keberanian dan kepercayaan diri penuh meminta nomor telepon Andre. Tak lama kemudian, percakapan mereka berlanjut melalui pesan singkat, dan dari sanalah kisah mereka dimulai.

Singkat cerita, mereka melewati pasang surut cinta monyet—momen manis, tantangan, tawa, hingga perjuangan mereka lalui bersama. Hingga pada tahun 2015, hidup membawa mereka pada hubungan jarak jauh, karena harus fokus bekerja dan menyelesaikan pendidikan.

Perjalanan tersebut jauh dari kata mudah, badai maupun sukacita selalu bergantian menghampiri, mereka memilih untuk tetap bertahan sepanjang tahun, saling menaruh kepercayaan dan harapan satu sama lain. Akhirnya, pada tahun 2025, tibalah waktu yang tepat bagi mereka untuk memantapkan cinta dan mengikat hati di dalam Tuhan.

It all began in August 2019, when Michelle first arrived in Sydney to start her university journey. She was searching for a room to rent, and as fate would have it, Hendra was the one offering a room in his apartment. Michelle ended up moving into the master bedroom, sharing it with three other girls, while Hendra lived in another room with his siblings. At first, we were simply housemates—strangers brought together by circumstance.

But then the world changed. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Sydney went into lockdown. Suddenly, our apartment turned into its own little world. With nowhere else to go, all the roommates began spending time together—playing games, cooking, laughing, and sharing stories. Slowly but surely, bonds were formed.

Among them, something special began to grow between Michelle and Hendra. As days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, friendship turned into something deeper. And in May 2020, Hendra finally confessed his feelings. That moment marked the beginning of our love story—a story that started with a room for rent, and turned into a home for the heart.
