Our first meeting was at Ezra’s father’s café. We met as students from the same faculty who didn’t know each other. Then Ezra approached me and asked me to be his girlfriend exactly on New Year’s Eve.

Joy didn’t respond immediately; she wanted to pray and consider whether Ezra was the right person or not. A few days later, Joy replied and accepted Ezra.

Our relationship grew stronger, and our feelings deepened.

It was a rather difficult year, where our love journey had to come to an end. After about six months, we both reflected on ourselves, prayed, and came to be sure about each other. We rekindled our relationship.
